Custom Art Design Process

You aRRe about to begin the custom design process for your brand! You have began most crucial stage of the process; curating your unique design. Before beginning, please advise a few details for the smoothest and fastest turnaround for your project. We thank you for choosing RR and representing a small business that will be proud to serve you! And better yet, we are designed and manufactured right here in Raleigh, North Carolina.

We pride ourselves on creating a free design with purchase of your custom products; you will be credited for the art fee immediately upon fulfillment of your custom invoice. Delegating an upfront art fee allows us to ensure our highly trained digital design artists are focused on serious clients, which ultimately will help speed up the design procedure. 

1. purchase the design fee for the vision to come to life. please fill out custom design questions below to insure our artists have enough detail to create your design. We allot one additional edit for free after your file is sent to insure all of your details have been granted. ADDITIONAL edits could inquire a fee. $20 DESIGN FEE IS CREDITED BACK UPON INVOICE PAYMENT FOR CUSTOM PROJECT ($100 CREDIT FOR LARGE SCALE PROJECTS WITH 5+ ART PROJECTS)! ALL PROJECTS NEED TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF 18 PIECES. 
2. PLEASE ANSWER/ FILL OUT QUESTIONNAIRE/ CHOSE ALL OPTIONS about inquired projects. You can change your mind later on all numbers, clothing types, etc, it helps dictate product specifics for artists. (i.e, belt bag art is sized much different from a crew neck sweatshirt). 
3. Your design will be emailed directly to you from our design team. E-mail will be sent to the e-mail given upon checkout. Please keep an eye on spam mailbox; email will be sent from sales@raleighrhinestones.com. Expect your custom design in 3-4 working days after purchase. 
4. All art created is property of Raleigh Rhinestones, LLC. If you chose to use the artwork without the authority or release of Raleigh Rhinestones, LLC, legal action may be taken. To purchase just the art for personal usage, please contact your sales representative for that information. 
5. once your art file is approved, you will communicate directly with your sales representative to finalize all design/ product details. Your sales representative will walk you through the entire step by step process tailoring to all your needs. Upon payment of your finalized invoice for products through your sales rep, it takes about 4-6 weeks for delivery of your custom pieces. need it faster? communicate any urgent deadlines and your sales representative will discuss all options for a fee.
